Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of Docket Leads, operated by Docket Lead Solutions LLC. Read them before opening an account or purchasing leads.

Last updated: October 28, 2026

1. Who these terms are with

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Docket Lead Solutions LLC, doing business as Docket Leads ("Docket Leads," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or purchasing leads, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

  • Accounts are free to open and require a valid email address and name.
  • You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including activity by teammates you invite.
  • You must be a licensed insurance producer, or working under a licensed producer, in every state where you contact consumers.
  • Authentication is handled by Google.

3. One-time orders and weekly repeat orders

We offer one-time lead orders and, for fresh leads, an optional weekly repeat order. The specific packs, volumes, and pricing available at any given time are described where you purchase them, not in these Terms. One-time orders bill once at the time of purchase. A weekly repeat order bills every 7 days in advance at the amount shown when you set it up, until you pause or cancel it. You can pause, resume or cancel a weekly repeat order at any time in Settings, Billing. Pausing stops charges until you resume. Canceling stops future charges right away; leads you already paid for are still delivered. Payments are processed by Whop; we do not store full payment card details.

4. Lead exclusivity

Every fresh lead is delivered to one producer only. Aged leads are labeled as aged at purchase and are not exclusive. A fresh lead with no activity in your account for 30 days, unless you have marked it with a closing outcome such as sold or not interested, may later be offered to other producers as an aged lead; you keep your copy. You agree not to resell, redistribute, syndicate, or share Docket Leads data with any other lead buyer, vendor, or marketing platform.

5. Replacements, no cash refunds

All sales are final. We do not issue cash refunds, and we do not replace leads based on outcomes. Non-answers, voicemail, wrong-fit prospects, and "not interested" responses are part of the work and are not eligible for replacement.

A lead is eligible for replacement only if it falls into one of these categories:

  • Disconnected phone number. Report it from your dashboard. Our team independently dials to verify, and if the number is confirmed out of service we replace that specific lead.
  • Duplicate lead. The same consumer delivered to your account more than once within 60 days of the original purchase.
  • Outside your filters. A lead delivered outside the state or territory filters selected on your account at the time of purchase.

Replacement requests must be submitted from your dashboard within 7 days of delivery. Approved requests are replaced in the same vertical: a fresh lead for a fresh lead, an aged lead for an aged lead.

6. Acceptable use and compliance

  • You are solely responsible for how you contact consumers, including compliance with the TCPA, state do-not-call rules, and carrier requirements.
  • Do not use the service to contact consumers for purposes unrelated to the insurance inquiry that generated the lead.
  • Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass access controls on the dashboard or API.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

7. Service availability

We work to keep the dashboard and delivery pipeline available at all times, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted delivery, specific contact rates, specific close rates, or any particular return on investment.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Docket Leads in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, including disclosures about the sale or sharing of personal information under CCPA. California residents can submit opt-out requests on the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.

10. Text message (SMS) terms

Program: Docket Leads text messages from Docket Lead Solutions LLC. By entering your mobile number and ticking a consent box on our quote form or during account setup, you agree to receive recurring text messages at that number, including lead delivery alerts, account updates, personal follow-ups from our team, and promotional offers. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Both text message checkboxes are optional and are never pre-checked.

Age restriction: you must be at least 18 years old to create an account or enroll in our text message program.

Message frequency varies with your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; you will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or email support@docketleads.io. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will tell account holders about material changes by email or in the dashboard before they take effect, and update the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@docketleads.io. Email is the only supported contact channel.
