What does 'exclusive' actually mean?+
One lead, one agent. When you buy a lead from Docket, no other producer ever receives it. That's the whole point of the platform.
How fresh are the leads?+
Leads land in your dashboard the moment your purchase clears. Every lead carries a freshness timestamp in your queue.
Is there a contract or minimum?+
No annual contract. Subscribe month-to-month or buy one-time batches. Cancel your subscription anytime from settings.
How does the subscription work?+
One vertical per plan at a committed monthly lead volume — Starter (10), Growth (25), or Scale (60). Billed monthly. Working two verticals? Run two subscriptions, or top up the second vertical from the marketplace.
What happens to leads I don't use?+
Unused leads roll over indefinitely as long as your subscription stays active and paid. Canceling forfeits your banked balance.
Can I switch tiers or verticals?+
Yes. Tier and vertical changes take effect immediately, prorated against your current billing cycle. Change either from Settings → Subscription.
Can I still buy leads without subscribing?+
Yes. The marketplace stays open to everyone at standard per-lead pricing — buy a one-time batch anytime, no subscription needed.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes, from Settings → Subscription. Cancellation ends billing at the end of the current cycle, and any banked rollover leads are forfeited on cancel.
How do you verify TCPA compliance?+
Every lead ships with the timestamped opt-in, IP, source URL, and consent language. Audit-ready and stored on your account permanently.
What's the lead replacement policy?+
We do not issue cash refunds. If more than 20% of the leads in a single batch have an invalid or disconnected phone number, we'll replace the specific leads that were bad — not the whole batch. There is no flag button in the dashboard — email support@docketleads.io within 7 days of delivery with the batch ID and the specific lead IDs, and we'll review within one business day. Non-answers, voicemail, wrong-fit prospects, and 'not interested' outcomes are part of the work and aren't eligible for replacement.
Where do the leads come from?+
Owned-and-operated landing pages running on paid social and search. No aggregator resell, no scraped lists, no data broker traffic.
How is pricing structured?+
Subscribe monthly to one vertical at a committed lead volume — Starter (10), Growth (25), or Scale (60) — at a discounted per-lead rate. Not ready to commit? Buy one-time batches from the marketplace at standard per-lead pricing ($14–$28 per lead depending on vertical). No seat fees either way.
Do features differ by tier?+
No. Every tier includes the full platform — dashboard, exports, compliance trail, everything. Tiers differ only by committed monthly volume and price.
Can multiple agents share an account?+
Yes. One account, unlimited teammates. No per-seat billing.
Which verticals do you cover?+
Final Expense, Mortgage Protection, Young Families, Self-Employed, ACA, and Medicare. Custom carve-outs available on request.
Can I filter by state?+
Yes. Filter by state, age, income, and vertical. All 50 states supported across the book.
